Svk visual guide updated

Hi,

I've just released version 0.2 of the svk 'book' that I released a
couple of days ago, taking on board the feedback I've received.

The biggest change is that the diagrams have been completely revamped to
use the same icon set that was used for the 'SVK - at a glance' diagram
that is available on the wiki. I've used the same icons to represent the
same thing that the diagram does, so the book should make sense to those
familiar with that diagram.

I've also made the concept of the 'mirrored path' clearer in the
diagram, at autrijus' suggestion.

The URL has also changed (thanks nothingmuch).
