plugins like this? I know you used to, and back then this problem was
not apparent. We always do that with the more complex Buckminster
plugins.
We do not want the plug-in unpacked. I did everything in the Eclipse
docs to support the JAR within a JAR method, and it all works at
runtime. If it does not work at development time, I'd consider that
an Eclipse bug or limitation. Not something the users should have to
pay the price for.
