I would not be against adding SVN Properties to the general properties 
dialog (as you have done), but the change that I thought we should be 
making was to ditch our SVN Properties view in favor of the Eclipse 
Properties "view" (not dialog).  So Show Properties would show the 
Eclipse view with our info in it.
