You've installed ASP.NET 2.0. Vault doesn't work on this version prior to
version 2.0.6.
Either use the ASP.NET Version Switcher
(http://www.denisbauer.com/NETTools/ASPNETVersionSwitcher.aspx) to select
ASP.NET 1.1 for the VaultService and VaultShadowFolder virtual directories,
or upgrade to 2.0.6. I'd recommend doing both!
