RE: Vault NAnt Build Tasks: msg#00008

Subject: RE: Vault NAnt Build Tasks
I'm still here, albeit much busier than before.

The precompiled binaries for 0.82, 0.83, 0.84, and 0.85 will be appearing
soon at my homepage, http://www.schkerke.com. I plan on checking the
changed builds back in as well to VaultPub, and opening a forum for problems
with these tasks.

I've begun writing a set of articles on how to obtain and install the Vault
client (http://www.schkerke.com/blog/articles/185.aspx), how to connect to
VaultPub (http://www.schkerke.com/blog/articles/186.aspx), and eventually
how to download, compile, and use the NAnt Tasks themselves.

You will need to use the appropriate build for your NAnt version -- the
warning CS0618: 'NAnt.Core.Attributes.FileSetAttribute' is obsolete:"
comment is indicative of that.

I will dig up the examples I had put together and send them to you.

Building the binaries isn't really an issue - they're pretty easy to
build.

It's what I need to do with the binaries that is causing me troubles. I
don't know what to do in order to get NAnt to recognize the various
Vault tasks...

Also, I know that Brian had compiled the NAnt tasks for each version of
NAnt
(.83, .84, and .85)... though, it appears as though the location of
those
tasks is gone. When I get home, I could provide a link to the 0.85
tasks...
