We'll take a look at this and see if
it has changed for 2.0. Several things
about the checkin dialog were changed,
but I'm not sure this is one of them.

I agree. I find it slightly annoying that I have to select unchanged
files in the "check in" list after I explicitly right-clicked the file
and chose check in.
SG, was this was changed in 2.0?

Hmm, I'll have a look but if that's the case then it's a bad UI design.
I've selected a group of files to perform an action against and the
Vault Client chooses to remove some items from my selection without
actually telling me.
