Object Reference Not Set To An Instance Of An Object

Hello,

Came into work today, and noticed we have a problems.

All vault users get the error message "Object Reference Not Set To An
Instance Of An Object" when they try to access one particular repository via
the Vault client.

How can we go about fixing this?
