RE: Suggestion for the Vault Client: msg#00143version-control.sourcegear-vault.user
I've added this feature request to our list. Thanks, -- Eric Sink Software Craftsman http://software.ericsink.com/ -----Original Message----- From: vault-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:vault-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Roger Jakobsson Sent: Wednesday, January 21, 2004 7:50 AM To: vault-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [vault-list] Suggestion for the Vault Client I've got one thing that really bothers me in the Vault Client: If you sort on column "Check Outs" the checked out files comes first, correct. But... The other files that aren't checked out come in a strange random order. SourceSafe always sorted the checked outs on top (sorted A-Z) and the rest of the files below (also sorted A-Z). I had this sorting by default, and SourceSafe remembered it like that. I found it most useful like that, quick way to see if a file I might need is checked out, and still be able to find the non checked outs fast. /Roger _______________________________________________ vault-list mailing list vault-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.sourcegear.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/vault-list
