P4->CVS not working

It seems that the vcp.exe exits normally, but I don’t seem to have anything in my CVS repository. The log has the following last few lines:

The files noted with errors seem to be consistent with any depot that I attempt to migrate so that doesn’t appear to be the problem. Am I missing something in getting a P4 to CVS migration successfully executed?
