I'm using:

  make test PERL5OPT=-MDevel::Cover=+ignore,TestUtil

This makes all child processes to run with devel::cover.

pjcj said there's already internal facility to mark uncoverable
things, but there's no UI yet.  Hopefully in the next Devel::Cover
release.
