dist/vcp.exe now passes most tests: msg#00004version-control.revml
It's close to passing the same tests as bin/vcp, I need to clean up the tests that are failing due to XML cleanup issues in the test suites to be sure everything is ok, but we're very close. Note that vcp.exe has full support for XML bundled in as a feature of the .exe packager I've been wrestling with. Thanks, Barrie
