Tailor support for Codeville

Hi all,

it is now a little bit easier to stress Codeville :-)

My tailor tool is able to migrate changesets from one kind of
repository to another kind: I just implemented the Codeville backend,
only the target half for now, but it's enough to import sources from
either CVS, Subversion or darcs repositories.

This command imported the tailor repository (under darcs) into a
Codeville one:

$ tailor.py -s darcs -t cdv -D -v -b -R ~/WiP/cvsync tailor
