"File prcs_data too short" error under Cygwin, persists after prcs admin rebuild

Hi,

I'm using prcs 1.3.2 under cygwin. After a checkout and checkin to one of
my repositories, I got the File prcs_data too short: expected x; received
x-smamll_number error. I ran prcs admin rebuild to try to fix this, but I
still get the same error on prcs_data (except that the number x got
slightly smaller).

Any help solving this would be much appreciated, since I can't use my
repository, and am rather reluctant to use prcs under cygwin for version
control on other projects until this problem is worked out.
