New PRCS Debian package (patch for gcc 3.3)

Hi,

I just uploaded version 1.3.2-7 of the Debian PRCS packages to the unstable
(sid) distribution.  If everything goes smoothly, it will be soon
incorporated into Debian sarge (testing).

I had to patch two source C++ files in order to compile PRCS with gcc 3.3
(default compiler in Debian sid).  If there is enough interest, I can post
the patches here.  They should be applied after the patch included in the
1.3.2 tarball (prcs-1.3gcc3.diffs).
