At the time I was still eligible for a royalty-free licence for
bitkeeper[1] (that was in the 2.0beta era IIRC), I found they had a
number of useful things in their GUI (like the file-moves resolution
GUI on new source import, which inspired my prcs-assist-move in the
contrib dir since PRCS 1.3.2). And I've heard it has been said on
Linux-kernel that bitkeeper GUI was one that facilitates the use of a
SCM even for a hacker as those found there.
[1] for the record, nowadays anyone contributing to a project labeled
a "concurent" by the bitkeeper team is not eligible for this any more.
Although Larry McVoy stated CVS was no concurent, he or one of his
collegues mentionned that PRCS was one of the only SCM systems with
some constructed theory behind it, so I take it PRCS is considered a
concurent.
