This is weird. I just tried to reproduce it at home but everything
seems to work here. I then logged into my work computer and tried to
reproduce it there using the same project (checking out an old version
where the problem had occurred), but everything seemed to work there too.
I know that the bug did occur the way I said, though. The diff (a plain
"prcs diff") said that a certain directory ("amai") was being ignored
and didn't say anything about any other files, which I thought was weird
because I *knew* I had just changed some files in another directory
("amaifigs"). When I removed the files in "amai" from the listing in
the .prj file, I suddenly got the diffs I expected from the "amaifigs"
directory.
Maybe it could have something to do with stale .prcs_aux files or something?
I apologize for not trying to reproduce this on a fresh project before I
reported it as a bug.
