Note if you have webkeeper setup, you can approximate this. For example:

http://public.perforce.com/guest/robert_cowham/perforce/utils/pvcstop4/index
.html

Is the file //guest/robert_cowham/perforce/utils/pvcstop4/index.html in the
perforce public depot. I quite often browse the public depot using
ftp://public.perforce.com (and sometimes change protocol to http:)

This is accessible via Network Places in Windows Explorer/IE.
