My trigger speed problem. :-)
I decided to be brave to monitor the network usage
even I know little of network.
I found that my perforce server send out a request to
my router to port 137 everytime I submit a changelist.
And I googled port 137, found it's a netbios naming
server. I disabled the netbios on my server NIC, fix
it. :-)
DAMN, not sure why it's there in the first place.
