That leaves the problem I mentioned earlier, duplicate
histories as well as inconsistent change numbers. If I
make a change to the master file, that change number
isn't valid for the "copies" under each project. I
can't sync to it, I have to figure out what the change
number was for that copy. (Presumably all copies would
have the same change number, but that number would only
be guaranteed to be higher than the original by a
value >= 1.) -Wm
