Hi,
We are trying to integrate Bugzilla 2.16.5 with
Perforce and have installed P4DTI on Red Hat Linux 9
machine. I've done the configuration and get 'p4dti
started' e-mail message in the admin mailbox, along
with a list of invalid mail IDs.
But I am unable to raise bugs while P4DTI is running.
When I click submit for a new bug, the page on browser
just remains stuck there. If I kill p4dti process, the
bug goes thru. Any idea why this happens? Patches
have been appleid to Bugzilla successfully and
'lock_table' privilege has been granted to the dbms
user as mentioned in the p4dti administrator's guide.
Details of installation below:
Bugzilla- 2.16.5 on RedHat Linux 9, on Intel P4
Mysql - 4.0.14
P4DTI - 2.1.2
Perforce - 2001.1 on Solaris
Bugzilla and P4DTI are running on the same host.
