I tested P4DTI 2.1.2 against Bugzilla 2.16.5 when the latter was
released on 2004-03-03, and found no problems. The differences
between 2.16.4 and 2.16.5 are quite minor and I do not believe that
they interact in any way with the Perforce integration. Obviously,
use the 2.16.4 patch for 2.16.5.
