Doesn't work for me. Current versions (I tested
6dcb42a98c752666c8728ab4d36456b6db9f7a46) display disapproved
manifests as valid heads. In fact, a disapproval cert makes a non-head
manifest appear as a head. I think I have a fix for this (and some
other minor things I've stumbled upon) in my experimental monotone
server at joel.rosdahl.net (collection: net.venge.monotone).
