darcs failed: Unapplicable patch!

Hi all

Dunno why, but now I'm getting:

darcs failed:  Unapplicable patch!

I found

which suggests repo corruption .. :(

(In that mail David says: "vim annoys me how it creates these swp files
even if I don't make any changes." --- you can tell vim not to create a
swapfile: ':set swapfile' or to create it in a fixed place.)

Anyway, I'll explore further on my own, but if there's stuff I should
try, please let me know ..
