In David's comment he says that it might be a problem if we ever have
something like a --file option. One of the patches I submitted
recently (the misnamed 'Rename --logfile and --delete-logfile commands
to --file and --delete-file') does exactly that. But as far as I
know, noone has weighed in on if they want that change or not.
