build report for 1.04rc2 on FreeBSD 4.10: msg#00059

Subject:	build report for 1.04rc2 on FreeBSD 4.10

The test suite passes fine here for 1.04rc2

    FreeBSD 4.10
    GCC 6.2.2
    Perl 5.8.0

The last time I tested "printer.pl" had a difficult failing test, which has
apparently been fixed. That's good to see.

I look forward to 4.0 being released soon!
