I don't mind either way.  For small enough changes, you often don't want to
rewrap the text, but eventually it's going to be easier to read the source
if it's been wrapped.  I use darcs on papers at work (in latex), and find
that eventually it just isn't worth it to avoid wrapping the paragraphs.
