Ah yes, I misread the #ifdef, which said > 601.

Is this a problem? I certainly could re-add the support for older ghc's if
there's demand, but 6.2 is pretty old now, and 6.4 is just a month or so
away... I don't like supporting compilers that I don't use (since it means
I may break such support at any time without knowing it), so I'd rather
require ghc 6.2 if there are no objections.
