Bug4965: commit crash on bug number. More debugging in regex. I've checked
that commit.cpp includes regex the same way cvs_string does (as per Tony's
suggestion). Tony thinks the crash is related to the regex stuff having two
link paths. Only solution may be to make this methods on cvs:string... Build
#2726, just more debug versions of regex stuff (so I can call regexecd() etc
