Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for servers they do not own to be located in their data center, called colocation. more...

Summary: Error after switching to a new cvsroot

Initial Comment:
I'm new to viewCVS and did the intial setup and it
worked fine. However we were actually taking a
CVSROOT from one machine and dropping it on a new
one by just copying the old dir onto the new server, so
this may be an issue with the cvsroot I'm not sure.
After changing the root in viewcvs.conf to the new
cvsroot we are getting the following error. The page
actually comes up initially but when you click on the first
directory level you get the error.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/viewcvs-0.9.2/lib/viewcvs.py", line
2625, in run_cgi

view_tag)
File "/usr/local/viewcvs-0.9.2/lib/viewcvs.py", line

raise 'error during rlog: '+hex(status)
error during rlog: 0x100

Any information that you could help with would be very
appreciated. You can also get to the viewcvs at
http://cvs.selectbf.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi

Thanks
Andy
