Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for servers they do not own to be located in their data center, called colocation. more...

Cannot run enscript on Windows 2003 server with IIS6: msg#00020

Subject: Cannot run enscript on Windows 2003 server with IIS6

I have tried to make my ViewCvs installer for Windows work properly on
Windows 2003 server the last few days. I now got as far as bringing up
the ViewCvs screen in normal use. Most links work including the graph.
But I have this problem with enscript that I cannot solve.
As soon as I click the "View" link on a file screen instead of showing
a syntax highlighted display of the sourcecode ViewCvs shows an error:

An Exception Has Occurred

Traceback (most recent call last):

si # startupinfo
error: (2, 'CreateProcess', 'The system cannot find the file specified.')

Which file is it looking for???

I have switched on ShowChildprocesses in debug.py and thus received a
more specific error display. I include this as a zipped attachment to this
message (in the hope that the list server does not strip it off).

Since W2003 is a real bitch to handle due to all the lockdowns MS placed
in it I guess that this is a security/permission issue, but I cannot
identify it myself. Help needed...

I have set all the permissions that were included in my installer for IIS5
and additionally I have created the "Web Service Extension" for Python.exe
which is new in IIS6.
Something still missing.
