Because Subversion uses Berkeley DBs transaction support.  Berkeley
has to write into its environment notations about such things as
transactions and locks and [insert other DBish stuff here].

I can't help but to assume that what you are seeing there is not
desired behavior, that the 'mooix' repos is supposed to show like the
others do, but that something is wrong.
