Re: commits keeps genrating error after commiting each file

I'm having similar problems with TortoiseCVS version 1.8.3 running on
Windows 2000, using CVSNT 2.0.58c (client and server).  I'm running CVS
with the server locally, using the :local: protocol.  I'm not getting
any of the 'cannot lock' errors, only the 'file exists' errors:
