+file locking+

Hi,
First of all I wanna thank all the people who worked on the development of
the TortoiseCVS.It is great!.
My question is as follows: I want to lock some files  so that only one
person can change its connet.If 
anybody else wants to  change the contents of the file I am  waiting from
CVSNT not to allow this.I am trying to do this with TortoiseCVS but there is
only Edit and Unedit commands as far as I see.If there is a tricky way  for
doing this I will be very happy .
