Hello to the list,

I have many modules/projects, all in one folder.
With automatic recursive-update of files/folder status visible in
overlay icons, it slows down the explorer very much.

It would be very helpful if there is a possibility to only enable
this feature for specific projects.
(e.g. only the projects one currently work on)
