Hi,
I was using cvsnt 1.10.8 on Windows 2000 Server and when updated to
1.11.1.3 I get the same error that Richard, so, after uninstalling 1.11.1.3
and reinstalled the old one, all was ok again.
The error was the same using wincvs 1.2, 1.3, tortoise, etc.
