Unfortunately so far no one managed to reliably reproduce this
misbehaviour in order to identify what the problem really is (from a
bug-fixer's POV). I for once have *never* observed this behaviour and
some of the many reporters of this bug even ended up admitting that
they had activated the filters themselves because they had initially
misunderstood their function.
