Subject: Re: Problem with option -D of cvs update
Hi Jerzy,

I back up your proposal. A small checkbox in the GUI for indicating
whether the user specified the time in localtime or UTC will make us
all happy. Shall I file a feature request or did this already slip
onto someone's todo list?

convert or pass times with UTC specifier and place it as a small
button next to the time entry. It would be nice to have all those
tricky shortcuts like "yesterday" or "1 hour ago" in one place. In any
case that would be a GUI-only change, the underlying cvsnt client
should not change to keep the compatibility with regular CVS.
