Re: TCL is *not* available, shell is disabled

I installed WinCVS 1.2 first and then ActiveState TCL (latest 
version). However, WinCVS still doesn't recognize that TCL is there, 
even after restarting WinCVS.  Is there another step that I am 
missing?
