...CVSNT? Probable.
BTW, if this is the case there's nothing keeping you from using WinCvs
1.3b8. You could just save the cvs.exe from b6 somewhere and either copy it
back to the program directory after installing b8 or have WinCvs b8 point to
the cvs.exe from b6 via the "Alternative CVS executable" setting (on the
WinCvs tab of the preferences dialog).
You could also try if a _newer_ version of the cvs.exe (it is the one from
CVSNT) would work again.
