Yes. CVS itself does not support this.

No need to write it again. It's already there on your Macros menu
(Tcl|Add All to CVS). Another one, called AddSubTree.tcl, exists in
the Files section of Yahoogroups. Of course, these two require TCL.

P.S.: Has anyone else yet started to port the TCL macros to Python? If
so, I'll gladly contribute what I have done so far (mostly general
library stuff like a cvsentries-iterator and a log-parser, all of it
not ready for primetime yet). I will probably not have the time to
continue work on this in the foreseeable future.
