It's not only that I can agree upon this. I FULLY SUPPORT THIS!
Granted, with only slightly above normal priority, but this would
nevertheless be a great usability feature once it's there. I've
actually been wanting to rearrange the buttons on my WinCvs toolbars
(and especially add new custom ones, e.g. for Macros) for ages!
So our dispute was really solely based on your usage of the term
"skinnable". What you describe is to my knowledge more commonly
referred to as "customizable" instead. Had you used that term from the
beginning I would probably have thrown in another 10 EUR (well, maybe
not - I'm utterly broke at the moment). :]
Who would ever have thought it would come to this? ;)
