1.11 compatible with 1.10 files?: msg#00669

Subject:	1.11 compatible with 1.10 files?

Our current cvs version is 1.10 and we are thinking of upgrading to
1.11.  Is 1.11 completely backwards compatible with the 1.10 structure
the cvs server uses?
