Toby,

You were right on two accounts.  First I tried to use
codeville from the command line and then when that did
not work I clicked on the icon and got the wierd
result.  After adding \Scripts to my path file it
seems to be working.  I had added C:\Python24 earlier
but not \Scripts.

My next task is to go through the documentation and
get started with some real work.
