Request for help getting started on Windows XP home edition: msg#00000version-control.codeville.devel
First of all let me thank everyone in advance for help. I am trying to get Codeville up and running on windows XP home edition. Once installing from the windows installer I try to execute codeville commands and the results puzzle me. The python window will open briefly and the everything closes without taking an action or giving me a hint as to the problem. The DB seemed to install properly, I have used my python 2.4 installation for a making a couple of simple programs using SPE so that part of my set up seems correct. The website says that some PATH information may not work properly. Any help would be appreciated. I am new to python and have done little programming the last couple of years. Once again thanks for your help. Thomas __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com
