Re: "cdv.py commit" error on Windows

This is probably a bug which was fixed in devel (that'll teach me to do more
frequent releases). The other possible issue is that you have the EDITOR
environment variable set but aren't giving the full path. Spawn on windows
won't search the path. As I said in the other mail, new version Real Soon Now.
