You need to play around with this, to suit your requirement

cleartool find -all -ver "version(.../somebranch/LATEST)" -exec
'cleartool desc -fmt "%Nc\n" "$CLEARCASE_XPN"' ( FOR UNIX)


Once you list all the files with their comments, then you can parse it
through a parser or along those line...

to a given comment. Ex: I check in a lot of files with the comment:
