Re: bk to cvs

I will put in my plug for a BK->CVS export tool that maintains revision
history.  Note that we used the analog, the CVS->BK import tool, with
success.

My group is very happy with BitKeeper and we have no plans to stop using
it.  However we are an academic research group and it is conceivable that
research grants could dry up and force us to resort to CVS.  We wouldn't
be able to use the free version, even though we now release our software
as GPL, because we have an interest in keeping changeset logs private
(getting scooped in research isn't fun).
