Is bkd "multithreaded" ?: msg#00063version-control.bitkeeper.user
How many users can bkd handle doing a pull at once? I'm thinking of creating a read only clone and running bkd on it: bk bkd -xcd -xpush and letting a few hundred clients all do a "bk pull" at roughly the same time. Is bkd going to croak? :-) Its not really what BK was designed for, so I wouldn't expect it to do this; but we are a commerical shop investigating BK for our main SCM tool and BK may just solve another problem we have... Its at least an interesting question. -- Shawn. _______________________________________________ Bitkeeper-users mailing list Bitkeeper-users@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://bitmover.com/mailman/listinfo/bitkeeper-users To unsubscribe from this list, go to the above URL, follow instruction at the bottom of the web page.
