Something triggers a make rule to "get SCCS/s.myfile", which then
runs into an error.
get SCCS/s.sans_partition.c
Writable sans_partition.c exists
(I checked the bk web site; this was not on the error messages page,
and there is no sub page about interaction with "make" that I could
find.)
