You can ignore all of these. The stuff in BitKeeper/deleted is still
there, just not checked out of SCCS. Many of the files in BitKeeper/etc
are temporary and per-repository files, which are deliberately never
revision controlled. The p.* files are probably not an issue, either;
they just indicate that someone has locked those files.
